8 AM-4 PM, 4 PM-12 AM, 12 AM-8

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced PRN RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. We are looking for a clinically strong, hands-on nurse leader who is committed to quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities Support the DON and ADON with daily nursing department operations Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care Conduct rounds and monitor resident safety, clinical care, and staff performance Oversee medication administration and treatments Provide hands-on clinical support and nursing care when needed Participate in assessments, care planning, and discharge planning Support new admissions and communicate with residents and families Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Address staff concerns and performance issues professionally Assist with state surveys, audits, and inspections Conduct annual evaluations for LPNs and CNAs Qualifications Active, unencumbered New York State RN license 2+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility Prior nursing home supervisory experience required At least 6 months of rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred SigmaCare experience preferred Why Join Briarcliff Manor?
