What You'll Do:
Coordinate and oversee individualized patient care plans in collaboration with Nurse Managers, Team Leaders, and interdisciplinary staff Provide direct nursing care as needed, while supervising RN assessments and follow-up for patients with changes in condition Participate in medication reviews, care conferences, and quality assurance initiatives Investigate patient incidents and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies Support staff orientation, training, and professional development Guide patients and families in understanding care plans and treatment goals
