What You Will Do:

Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift Support and guide LPNs and CNAs, building a strong, capable team Respond to and manage complex clinical situations with confidence Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Serve as the go-to clinical leader when challenges arise

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred) At least 1 year of critical care experience Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills A commitment to mentoring others and delivering exceptional care Share job details to
