As the Nurse Manager , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Providing leadership, operational oversite, and clinical supervision for the Supportive Health Services Department, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centered, and high-quality nursing services that comply with agency standards and regulatory requirements Supervising, mentoring, and evaluation of the performance of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Supportive Health Assistants, and other assigned staff, fostering professional development, accountability, and clinical excellence Leading the development, implantation and evaluation of health-related education and competency programs for licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure regulatory compliance, clinical competency, and high-quality service delivery
