Absolut Care Aurora Park- East Aurora, NY 14052 Starting rate: $28/hr to $30/hr
HIRING ALL SHIFTS
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise:
Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Direct Patient Care:
Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
Collaborate:
Works closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
Mentor and Train:
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Monitor and Document:
Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
Problem-Solve:
Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes. Qualifications Current, valid LPN Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Must be reliable and committed to resident-centered care
