Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care while managing a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care transitions and effective communication Mentor and coach staff to achieve personal and professional growth Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and develop corrective action plans as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and statistics
Requirements:
