Job Description
Position Overview United Health Services is seeking an experienced and visionary Nurse Manager, Virtual Nursing Program to lead an innovative care delivery model at Wilson Medical Center. Based in our on-site Virtual Nursing Hub, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of Virtual Nurses who partner with bedside staff across inpatient units to support and enhance the overall patient experience. The Nurse Manager will provide operational, clinical, and professional leadership for this growing program while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a dynamic nurse leader who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the patient experience and support frontline caregivers. The Virtual Nursing Program creates more meaningful one-on-one interactions with patients while helping bedside nurses focus on direct clinical care. The Nurse Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future of the program, mentoring staff, driving quality outcomes, and building strong partnerships across the organization. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and an engaging leadership style that inspires both patients and team members in a technology-enabled care environment.

Bachelor degree in Nursing Three (3) years of progressively responsible, relevant clinical experiencePreferred:
