Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift . This part-time role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring staff and ensuring exceptional resident care. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily nursing operations Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and unit operations Assist with state surveys and regulatory audits Address and resolve clinical or staffing concerns to maintain a safe and high-quality care environment Qualifications Active RN License in the State of New York Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Work With Us?
