  • What You'll Do:
  • As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
  • Fulltime day shift, 7a-3p
  • Monday through Friday ONLY! No weekends.
  • WEEKLY PAY.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit + Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care + Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation + Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance + Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being If you are an experienced nursing professional with a passion for leading others in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a Unit Manager!

  • What You'll Bring:
  • Qualifications of a Unit Manager include:
  • + Valid state RN nursing license + Advanced degree or certification preferred + Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred + Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both + Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment •We Hire for Heart!
