The ASC Endoscopy Nurse Manager will lead care in an outpatient surgical setting and partner across specialties in an integrated outpatient hub combining surgery, imaging, and specialty care in one location, supported by advanced technology including robotics and high-end diagnostic imaging inside a modern ambulatory surgery center built for minimally invasive, high-efficiency procedures. The ASC Endoscopy Nurse Manager will report to an ASC Administrator/Director of Perioperative Services, guiding GI/endoscopy RNs, techs, and reprocessing teams while partnering with anesthesia, surgery, infection prevention, sterile processing, and quality. The Ambulatory RN Manager will drive daily operations, scheduling, patient flow, scope reprocessing standards, sedation/recovery excellence, accreditation readiness, quality dashboards, budgeting input, competency validation, and staff development.
