Initial Admission:

$120 weekday/ $180 weekend

Visits planned with the required presence of the patient's aide.

Mileage Reimbursement:

Provided at the current federal rate You will... Performs on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers Provides clinical orientation to caregivers on assigned home care cases. Participates in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff. Performs initial nursing assessments Counsels patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs. Assigns and coordinates services provided. Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and makes necessary revisions based upon patient's condition/needs. Prepares clinical progress notes ensuring any changes in the patient's condition is reported Monitors clinical records for complete and accurate documentation.
