Provide dynamic leadership, guidance, and performance evaluations to the nursing staff on your assigned unit.
Deliver Excellence:
Administer exceptional nursing care and establish comprehensive resident treatment and care plans. Be the

Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms, and collaborate directly with physicians and specialists.
