Job Description
The RN Supervisor at Meadows at Brookmeade plays a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the facility. Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. BLS/CPR Certification Experience in Supervision/Long Term Care preferredResponsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure effective patient care delivery. Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. Monitor patient care plans and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and organizational policies. Respond promptly to patient and family concerns, facilitating communication and resolution. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs.- Premium Weekend Shift Differentials
- Friday 3PM-11PM or 11 PM-7 AM Base pay ($41/hr) + $11.50 shift differential= $52.50/hr Saturday (All shifts)
