Position Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting and leading dedicated nursing staff . The Clinical Coordinator ensures staff assignments provide care that enhances residents' ; collaborates with medical providers; assists with staff development; and oversees clinical operations leading to positive rehabilitation outcomes. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday on days with every other weekend required. Pay is commensurate with years of clinical and leadership experience. Generous extra pay for hours worked past 3:00 pm and on weekends. Qualifications /

Education:

Current RN a minimum of one (1) year of long term care or acute care experience required Minimum of one (1) year formal leadership experience in health care required Previous Rehabilitation experience highly desirable Current CPR certified required Excellent communication skills Willingness to support and lead others to living St. John's Brand Characteristics Compliance with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements.
