We are hiring a (House) Nursing Supervisor to direct, manage, plan, and evaluate the clinical and administrative activities for the nursing department.

$35/hr.-$50/hr.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate as an extension of the unit managers for staffing and unit operations, resident satisfaction, and risk management. Ensure through supervision, guidance, and direction to staff, that care is delivered in accordance to state, federal and facility regulations and policies. Respond to requests from nursing staff to help resolve clinical, physician related and administrative problems. Provide input into staff performance evaluations at the request of the Nurse Manager. Demonstrate a consistent ability to deal effectively with all residents, staff, families, and visitors/community members.
