Job Description
WCS Healthcare is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join an outstanding skilled nursing facility located in Westchester County, NY . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced RN with strong clinical and supervisory skills. Job Responsibilities Supervise and direct clinical staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care. Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism, compassion, and effective communication. Monitor staff performance and provide real-time guidance, coaching, and support. Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, nursing procedures, and facility policies. Serve as the clinical point of contact for emergencies and urgent resident care needs during the assigned shift. Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality outcomes and continuity of care.
