What You'll Do:
Deliver expert-level clinical care within the full scope of aesthetic services Lead and mentor clinical teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction Oversee recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff Manage guest concerns with professionalism and solution-focused care Certify and coach providers to meet skill standards and performance goals Represent Chapter Aesthetic Studio in the local aesthetic and professional community Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety regulations, and internal protocols Contribute to innovation through the launch of new products and services
What We're Looking For:
Active RN or NP licensure and board certification in NY Proven leadership experience in clinical or aesthetic settings High ethical standards and commitment to compliance Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong track record of delivering outstanding guest or patient experiences
