Nursing Supervisor:
Supervise nursing staff, providing clinical direction, support, and real-time coaching throughout the shift Coordinate daily operations, including staffing assignments, patient flow, coverage, and workload Support Behavioral Health Urgent Care and Primary Care operations, including triage, assessment, crisis stabilization, referrals, and follow-up care Provide clinical oversight for mental health and substance use patients, ensuring appropriate interventions are initiated Monitor patient safety and clinical needs, including suicide risk, withdrawal, medication issues, and medical emergencies Oversee medication administration, medication reconciliation, adverse effective, and policy adherence Lead de-escalation, crisis intervention, and safety planning during behavioral health emergencies Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and nursing practice standards Track quality and outcomes, and participate in performance improvement, audits, policy development, and staff education Promote trauma-informed care, address staffing and performance concerns Model professionalism, teamwork, and patient advocacy while partnering with leadership and interdisciplinary teams Position Requirements for
Nursing Supervisor:
