Clinical Lead RN
- Office-Based Vascular Cath Lab Procedural Nursing | Clinical Operations | Leadership & Growth Reports to: Office-Based Lab (OBL) Manager $45
- 55/hour | Part-Time | Tuesdays & Thursdays
PLEASE NOTE
This position requires prior procedural nursing experience AND experience independently administering and monitoring moderate (conscious) sedation. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. 360 Vascular Institute is a physician-owned Vascular and Interventional Radiology practice in Dublin, Ohio and the only Quad A-accredited outpatient vascular practice in the region. We've become a destination for vascular care , serving patients from throughout Ohio, across the United States, and internationally through our commitment to exceptional vascular diagnosis, education, and treatment. We're looking for an experienced procedural RN ready to take the next step into clinical leadership and help build the future of our practice. As our Clinical Lead RN , you'll combine hands-on procedural nursing with responsibility for the day-to-day nursing operations of our growing office-based vascular lab. You'll work directly with a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist and our OBL Manager to improve clinical workflows, oversee cath lab inventory, support quality and accreditation initiatives, and help mentor and support additional nursing staff as the practice expands. This is more than a sedation or recovery RN position. You'll understand not only how procedures are performed, but why , while having a meaningful role in improving how our lab operates. Qualifications Required:
Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain prior to starting Current BLS and ACLS Prior procedural nursing experience Experience independently administering and monitoring moderate (conscious) sedation in a procedural setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred experience: Office-Based Lab (OBL) Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Interventional Radiology Cath Lab / Electrophysiology PACU Procedural Endoscopy Other high-acuity procedural environments Prior ASC/OBL experience, charge/lead experience, or experience with quality improvement and accreditation is particularly valued. Formal leadership experience is not required.
