Position Summary The RN Team Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and compliance of hospice clinical operations . This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence . Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations and patient care delivery Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations (CMS, hospice Conditions of Participation) Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines Oversee staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management for clinical team members Lead and support ongoing staff education and professional development programs Implement and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical record documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care and positive outcomes Support strategic initiatives, operational goals, and census growth Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team environment Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain) Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience , including: 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare setting Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and clinical operations Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and administrative skills Experience with quality assurance/performance improvement (QAPI) Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Hospice Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms Hospice or palliative care certification ( CHPN or equivalent ) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with bonus eligibility Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (effective first of the month) 401(k) with generous company match Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Hospice certification support + salary increase upon completion Employee referral bonuses Merit-based increases Employee discount programs Why Join Queen City Hospice?
