In this role, you'll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

M/W/F 5:00am - 5:00pm Clinic has 13 chairs, 2 dialysis techs and 1 RN/day Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
