Oversee and manage the Obstetrics department within a healthcare facility Ensure high-quality patient care and safety within the OB unit Supervise nursing staff and coordinate schedules and workflow Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pregnant women Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to improve efficiency and patient outcomes Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff

Requirements:
