LPN/RN Day Shift Charge Nurse

Charge Nurse Duties:

Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff Coordinate and manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Assist with procedures such as dermal fillers, lifts, spinal taps, and ostomy care Ensure proper documentation of patient information in electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatments, and medications Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, including oversight of sterile processing procedures

Qualifications:
