We are looking for an energetic, confident, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our team as a Part-Time Weekend Charge Nurse ! Purpose of this position The purpose of this position is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and to assess residents care needs and take appropriate action. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facilitys goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living. INDPC Qualifications Current nurses license in the State in good standing. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to read and write, speak and understand English. Effective documentation and oral communication skills. Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs. Ability to direct, delegate, and follow-up on programs and care of the residents. Meet all health requirements imposed by law. Ability to use/demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment. Manual dexterity in order to manipulate equipment.
