Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Warr Acres. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and providing guidance and support to our nursing staff. Example:
Provide exceptional patient care and mentorship to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of empathy, compassion, and excellence.
Department Operations:

Staff Development:

Requirements:
Licensure:
Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
