SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Regional Vice President of Wellness will travel to communities in our portfolio needing nurse leadership. The role will be responsible for filling in where the Wellness Director role is vacant and/or assigned to areas that need clinical leadership and support. You will provide leadership over the physical, mental and social health of our residents. In this role, you will build a caring relationship with residents and ensure their medical care plan is applied. You will have the opportunity to know the residents and their families to guarantee open communication and promote a sense of well-being.

AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
This is a traveling position and will require the candidate to travel to our communities, within Colorado. Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians and third-party providers. Perform pre-admission and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and psychosocial needs. Order medications and oversee the resident's medication schedule. Assure that all medications prescribed are available by auditing the medication records, cart twice weekly, and ensure proper documentation for medication assistance administration. Provide training, supervision, and monitoring of Medication Care Managers in the administration and documentation of medications.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Maintain an RN license issued by the State of Colorado and certifications/trainings as required by state. Willingness and desire to travel regularly. 5+ years of strong clinical experience working in an assisted living, skilled nursing or hospital environment highly preferred. Exhibited knowledge of state regulations and compliance management. Demonstration of our

Work Environment:
