RN Night Supervisor

RN Supervisors maintain quality clinical care for residents/clients through direct supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities include assuring documentation is complete and accurate and communicating modifications to policy and procedures and oversee compliance. Manage changes in Physicians orders and manage the daily operations of the clinical staff.

Requires:

A valid/current RN License in PA Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience and excellent assessment skills Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a primary role Strong written and oral communication skills As a Nursing professional, your skills are highly sought after, and you have many options.
