Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor $7500 Sign on Bonus! Join the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Registered Nurse (RN)
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance best practices and foster a culture of excellence Provide mentorship and support to new employees, promoting a culture of growth and development Registered Nurse (RN)
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania Prior experience as a Registered Nurse Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
