You will provide guidance to nursing staff, oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond to clinical situations with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing personnel throughout the overnight shift Ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care and services Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly Provide clinical oversight and guidance for assessments, admissions, and documentation Monitor compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Investigate and report incidents as necessary Serve as the nursing leader on duty and assist with clinical decision-making Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills Strong communication and team-building abilities Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care Why This Role Matters The overnight team plays a critical role in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
