Registered Nurse Supervisor

Position Summary:

Cornwall Manor Retirement Community is seeking a skilled and dependable RN Supervisor for our Baylor Weekend Program. This role provides clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. The Baylor schedule offers the opportunity to work 64 hours over a two-week period while being compensated for 80 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate resident care Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing team members Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and facility standards Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Oversee documentation accuracy and completion Assist with staffing coordination and shift assignments as needed

Qualifications:

Current, active RN license in Pennsylvania Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, clinical, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care

Pay:

$48.75 - $52.75 per hour
