Job Description
AS A CLINICAL NURSE
MANAGER, (RN ), you must be competent in both clinical and management skills. You'll be responsible for supervising nursing care in collaboration with department directors. The Clinical Manager is responsible for medical center operations in the absence of any other designated authority.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Administration or related field, preferred Must have three years of acute care experience Must have previous management or supervisory experience Must have current Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of start in position Must have ACLS certification within 6 months of start in position Must have Crisis Management certification within 12 months of start in position Have ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc. Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
