As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor , you will play a vital role in overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, supervising and supporting nursing staff, and promoting a culture of quality and compliance.

Shift Openings:

3:00p-11:00p FT Monday to Friday 3:00p-11:00p

PT EOW Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units Oversee implementation of resident care plans Conduct regular nursing unit rounds Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required) Previous Supervisor experience Why work at Westgate Hills?
