Position Purpose:
The Nurse Supervisoris a licensed registered nurse (RN) who works in a collaborative environment at St Maryand is accountable for leading, managing& advancing people, processes& / support direct or indirect patient care. The Nurse Supervisor promotes& advocates for patients, nurses / colleagues& the practice of nursing as defined by clinical area (s) of expertise& assignment. What You Will Do:

PT Days Frontline, department-based,direct or indirect healthcare department / program. Formally / informally supervises daily&/or house functions of charge nurses, professional& frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department. May or may not have direct report relationships. May be accountable for the staff coordination, scheduling&assignment, or throughput. Mayparticipate in& contribute to the performance management / review process. Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements& drives results of team within assigned department. Implements departmental plans& prioritiesidentified by accountable nurse leaders. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current Registered Nurse license by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing or Compact State. Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Prior leadership experience& / or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility& assignment. Position Highlights and Benefits:
