Salary Range :

$ 73,400

The Neighborhood Manager is a Registered Nurse who assures quality care and services for skilled nursing residents. This role assumes responsibility for healthcare delivery and supervise s the work of other licensed and non-licensed professional team members on a skilled nursing neighborhood and is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s). Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN)

Neighborhood Manager :

Be a Registered Nurse, with a valid license in good standing from the State of PA . Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience; long-term care experience is preferred . Demonstrate excellent time management skills and exhibit enthusiasm and motivation . Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members . Have working knowledge of Internet, Medical Records, and Word Processing s oftware .
