Job DescriptionWork with your colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.

Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.

Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician.

Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely.

Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.

QualificationsRN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
