About ProMedix Health ProMedix Health is a Medicare-focused Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring company delivering virtual care services to patients with chronic conditions. We are looking for an experienced RN supervisor who can lead day-to-day clinical operations, monitor and maintain clinical compliance, and oversee nursing performance and delivery of care. Role Summary The Nurse Supervisor owns the day-to-day clinical performance of our virtual care programs. You will manage our clinical staff of nurses and coordinate directly with providers, monitor nurse and provider documentation for compliance, oversee care plan quality. You report directly to the VP of Operations and the CEO. This role requires someone who knows how to run a compliant Medicare program, lead nurses, understands CPT billing codes, is familiar with KPI reporting and can interface credibly with physicians. Key Responsibilities Supervise nurses day-to-day, assign caseloads, monitor performance, provide clinical guidance, and ensure all clinical encounters and documentation is CMS compliant Train new clinical staff on ProMedix workflows, protocols, compliance standards, and the ProMedix Virtual Care Portal Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-acuity patient situations - collaborate with providers for medical decision making Nurse billable time management Ensure all billable encounters are clinically necessary, accurately documented, and audit-ready at all times Monitor nurse productivity against defined
KPIs:
visits PPPM, time-to-bill, care plan completion, and escalation turnaround Review and approve care plans for accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness before submission Identify and correct documentation gaps that could create audit exposure or billing failure Manage patient complaint resolution Ensure all clinical alerts and tasks are reviewed and resolved within defined SLA timeframes Build and maintain working relationships with practice staff, account contacts, and billing staff Monitor claim submittals, denials, and receipts to ensure accurate and timely submissions Required Active California RN license in good standing Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory, charge, or lead capacity Direct experience in Medicare chronic disease management Working knowledge of CMS compliance requirements, documentation standards, and medical necessity for virtual care services Familiarity with CPT billing codes for encounters and reimbursement submissions Comfortable operating in a telephonic and remote patient care environment with new technology platforms Experience managing clinical staff performance against measurable KPIs Familiarity with care plan development across Medicare and geriatric populations Experience working in EHR platforms such as Epic, Elation, or similar Public Health Nurse certification or community/population health background Compensation Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience. A reasonable annualized compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is referenced above. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.Pay:
