Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care Compliance & Service Supervisor We are working with a new in-home healthcare agency in North Carolina that is preparing for licensure and looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the organization in a very part-time capacity. This is a great opportunity for an RN with home care, home health, healthcare management, or compliance experience who is interested in helping a new agency establish its clinical and regulatory foundation. The position will initially require limited hours and will primarily focus on assisting with licensure, compliance, policies and procedures, and service supervision. As the agency grows and begins serving clients, there is potential for the position to develop into a larger part-time or full-time leadership role.
Position Responsibilities May Include:
Serve as the agency's Service Supervisor for applicable home care services Provide oversight and supervision of services in accordance with North Carolina requirements Assist with the agency's licensing and compliance process Help establish and maintain appropriate clinical policies, procedures, and documentation Ensure services are provided in accordance with state regulations and agency standards Provide clinical guidance as caregivers and clients are brought into the agency Potentially serve as the Agency Director if all applicable qualifications are met Assist with ongoing regulatory readiness and quality assurance as the agency growsQualifications:
Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license 2 + years experience in home care, home health, private duty nursing, or another licensed healthcare setting Supervisory, management, compliance, or clinical leadership experience preferred Candidates who may serve as both Agency Director and Service Supervisor must meet the applicable North Carolina qualification requirements for both positions.Schedule:
