Grand Islander RI and V2U, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Nurse-RN Supervisor to lead resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility in Middletown, RI. In this role, you'll supervise nurses and CNAs, coordinate clinical care, support short-term rehab and long-term residents, oversee medication administration, and ensure regulatory compliance.
