Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Overnight RN Supervisor to lead our long-term care nursing home during nighttime hours. In this vital role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a safe, supportive environment for residents. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence and promoting the well-being of our residents with diverse needs, including dementia care, behavioral health, and complex medical conditions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities while advancing your nursing leadership career. 11 pm - 7:30 am Monday Through Friday Duties Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient team management and optimal patient care delivery Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, nursing policies, and safety protocols across all shift activities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents with complex needs such as dementia, geriatrics, behavioral health issues, and acute conditions Conduct physical examinations, evaluate diagnostic results, and manage emergency situations including airway management and ventilator support Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks; ensure timely documentation of patient care activities Facilitate discharge planning, case management, and utilization review processes to optimize resident outcomes Skills Extensive experience working with long-term care residents, including dementia care, memory care, and behavioral health populations Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth; familiarity with
