Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Overnight RN Supervisor to lead our long-term care nursing home during nighttime hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities while advancing your nursing leadership career. 11 pm - 7:30 am Monday Through Friday Duties Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient team management and optimal patient care delivery Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, nursing policies, and safety protocols across all shift activities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents with complex needs such as dementia, geriatrics, behavioral health issues, and acute conditions Conduct physical examinations, evaluate diagnostic results, and manage emergency situations including airway management and ventilator support Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks; ensure timely documentation of patient care activities Facilitate discharge planning, case management, and utilization review processes to optimize resident outcomes Skills Extensive experience working with long-term care residents, including dementia care, memory care, and behavioral health populations Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth; familiarity with

coding and medical documentation standards Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or nurse management experience in a long-term care or hospital setting Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, state healthcare laws, and long-term care regulations to ensure compliance at all times Critical care experience including ICU or Level I Trauma Center background is highly desirable Ability to perform complex patient assessments involving physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques Skilled in medication administration, IV infusion/insertion, catheterization/care, sterile technique, and basic life support certification Excellent communication skills for managing care facility teams and effectively liaising with residents' families and healthcare providers Capable of managing multiple priorities such as intake procedures, charge experience, vital signs monitoring, and medical record keeping Join us in providing exceptional overnight nursing leadership that transforms lives!
