A Position Details Full-Time RN Supervisor Shift:

6:45 PM - 7:15

Saturday and Sunday Pay:

About the Role As RN Supervisor, you will: Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions Ensure high-quality nursing care across our 60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility Implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care Foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture What We're Looking For We want a leader who is: Flexible, innovative, and solutions-driven Strong in leadership, communication, and critical thinking Organized with excellent customer service skills Able to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff

Requirements:

Current, active RN license (in good standing) Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred:
