Reporting to a seasoned Director of Cardiology Services with dotted-line partnership to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Cardiac Nurse Manager will lead a cohesive team of RNs, CV technologists, radiology technologists, and monitor techs; as a Catheterization Lab Manager, core responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, orientation and precepting, performance coaching, policy development, budget and supply stewardship, accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement; the Cardiac Nurse Manager will find friendly nurses, collaborative physicians and APPs, and a diverse interprofessional group case management, respiratory, PT/OT, and social work, deeply integrated to support safe handoffs, rapid responses, and consistent outcomes.
