In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the Guests we serve, the RN or LPN Unit Manager plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all Guests on the assigned unit as well as in the facility as a whole. The Unit Manager assists the Director of Nursing (D.O.N) in the planning, development and overall operation of the assigned unit, which ensures Guests receive quality care 24 hours a day. Assists with staffing to ensure Guest needs and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
