How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN), House Supervisor who excels in this role: Provides after-hours leadership, functions as a resource person for staff, assists in patient care, and is responsible for overall quality of patient care in the facility. Education:
Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred. Active Tennessee RN license (single-state or compact) required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. More about
