RN Weekend Supervisor Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing Lebanon, TN Weekend Position | RN Supervisor Competitive Pay + Benefits Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care while supporting and supervising nursing staff during weekend operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinical operations within our rehabilitation and long-term care facility. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns promptly Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and CNAs Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Respond to emergencies and assist with clinical decision-making Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Tennessee Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing?
