1410 Trotwood Avenue, Columbia, TN 38401 Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse to join our team. What You'll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents on weekends Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor, assess, and document resident health status Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Support and mentor other staff members as needed
