Job Description

Weekend RN Mission As the RN (Weekend Only), you provide the essential 8-hour clinical coverage each Saturday and Sunday (9a-5p) that keeps resident care strong, consistent, and survey-ready. This PRN, onsite senior-level role exists to protect continuity of care, support the nursing team, and meet long-term care requirements. Key responsibilities include completing wound care and wound assessments; responding quickly to changes in resident condition; providing RN oversight and guidance to staff; completing timely documentation and clinical follow-up in the EHR; assisting with admissions, discharges, and other nursing needs; and ensuring compliance with facility policies plus state and federal regulations.
