Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care and oversight to ensure exceptional outcomes Coordinating with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Supervising and mentoring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and other staff members Monitoring and reporting patient condition and any changes to the healthcare team Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement Requirements We are seeking a motivated and experienced LVN Charge Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
