You will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents on a daily basis. We are looking for kind and passionate LVNs to work in our SNF. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures Administer and document medication to residents in an accurate and timely manner Observe residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and adverse effects Document resident progress notes as required Promptly report changes in residents' condition to DON Attend staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned To be successful you must have a passion for helping others as well as the patience needed to assist difficult patients or family members. A good LVN balances empathy and professional care without compromising either. Wage is dependent on experience, attitude, and aptitude. Qualifications Valid and up to date nursing license.
