Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Required 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Preferred 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred 1 year of charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience is preferred RN
  • Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And STABLE upon hire is preferred BCLS
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And NRP
  • Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And CPI
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days Required Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
