Role:
As a Charge Nurse LVN or RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your experience, skills, and knowledge will make a significant impact on our residents' lives, and we are excited about the prospect of having you join our team!
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments as needed Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and identify areas for improvement Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
